Kędzierzyn-KoĽle county

The county is subdivided into six communes (Polish: gmina), one urban commune and five rural communes:
- Kędzierzyn-KoĽle urban commune
- Reńska Wie¶ rural commune
- Pawłowiczki rural commune
- Bierawa rural commune
- Cisek rural  commune
- Polska Cerekiew commune

On 7 September 1999, the County Council adopted a law about  flag and coat of arms . The County flag had three horizontal stripes blue-yellow-blue, with the CoA in the upper left corner (canton).  In 2004 changed the position of the County CoA. The county rules (statute) of Kędzierzyn-KoĽle now describes a flag with three horizontal stripes blue-yellow-blue and with the County CoA in the center of the yellow stripe.
