From the similarity with Croatian the town name "Kozle" might
have meaning "a young goat". That might be the origin of the goats in the
COA.

Kędzierzyn-KoĽle: in Kędzierzyn-KoĽle county in the Opolan region, founded
in 13th century but remained a village until 1951. ca. 71.000 inhabitants.
Željko Helmer is correct in deriving the KoĽle part from the word of 'a
young goat'; this is an adjective originally denoting a village of shepherds.
German name: Kosel/Kandrzin.
