About the flag

The flag is in the traditional gyronny design of portuguese municipal flags in green and yellow. The coat of arms has a silver field and features a red cogwheel in middle top between two bunches of golden grapes. In the middle there are two fruit trees with golden fruits and in the bottom two blue wavy lines representing river Águeda.
