Opolskie Vojvodship flag

I have official confirmation of the usage of a flag of the Polish voivodship of Opolskie. On the 28th September, 2004 the design of the artist Michala Marciniaka - Kozuchowski was accepted by the General Voivodship Assembly of Opolskie.
Here are the officially used symbols.
The symbols were adopted by the law nr. XXIV/209/2004 of the Voivodship Assembly (Sejm) .

No district (Landkreis) in Upper and Lower Silesia had flags. Very few districts (Landkreise) had a coat of arms. (for instance Landkreis Glatz).

Adam Kromer reported on a flag proposal of  Vojvodship Opolskie. On this flag are two equal broad horizontal strips in the colours yellow and blue arranged.
