Here is the ceremonial flag of the commune of Andrychów, Wadowice county, Malopolskie wojwodship. It is presented here, together with the simple bicolor already on FOTW-ws, and the CoA, togther with several seals. I suppose "A" and "S" may represent St. Andrew, for the city's name.
Flagdescription: two horizontal stripes of yellow and red; in center the communal arms.
