Z±bkowice county (Powiat Z±bkowicki), Dolnoslaskie vojvodship, consists of the communes (gminy) Bardo, Ciepłowody, Kamieniec Z±bkowicki, Stoszowice, Z±bkowice ¦l±skie, Ziębice, Złoty Stok.
The flag is red over white over yellow; designed in 1999, adopted 2000, see this website. Z±bkowice, or Z±bkowice Slaskie, German: Frankenstein in Schlesien is a city in southwest Poland, c. 60 km SSW of Wroclaw with c. 20.000 inhabitants. Founded in the 13th century, sold to Prussia 1791, assigned to Poland by Potsdam Conference in 1945.
