The flag of Huacavelica regional government can be seen on
its
website: Blue with logo (green map and a lama), the words
"GOBIERNO REGIONAL" in semi-circle above, and
"HUANCAVELICA" hoizontally under the logo, in black
letters. A bigger
image shows a golden-greenish rather than green logo, with
white letters and a different typace.
