The large-eared little elephant's personal flag is white with a large
upper case block serif letter "D" in black. This is to be held and waved
on top of the she-elephant pyramid (we all know how bad it ends...). At
the end of that scene, when the circus tent is torn down, the "D" seems
to be light blue. Apparent ratio is about 3:4. I couldn't spot any image
showing the obverse (which is relevant for a flag such as this).

During Dumbo's drunken dream, as the nightmare elephants transform into
this and that, getting scarier and scarier, some show as antique race cars
and a finish flag (see here) is waved breifly.
This looks pale blue and white instead of black and white. It could be
real (as much as stuff of dreams are), just like some elephants show pink,
or it could be a way to convey black in scenes with poor contrast (compare
with dumbo's flag, where the black "D" on the flag is also shown
pale blue in one scene).

Seen at the end of the movie, hoisted at Mrs. Jumbo sleek new private
railcar, a white over red triangular pennant. The circus flag? A rail
signal flag? Mrs. Jumbo personal flag? Just a gaudy decoration? I dunno.
