City of Glinde

Glinde is an eastern suburb of Hamburg, but in the Land of Schleswig-Holstein. In the 1930's it grew from a small village to a town with 2.000 inhabitants by an armaments industry. At present it has c. 15.000 inhabitants.
Its flag is for sale for only 92 Euros at this site. I've used the coat of arms at this page.

The coat of arms is on this page. Description: per fess or and azure; in chief a rising millwheel gules; in base a lozengy gate or, each lozenge containing a three-leaved clover.
The yellow/blue background symbolizes by the lozengy gate (= "Glind") the name of the city. The red millwheel points at the old mill as precursor of the heavy industry of the present; the cloverleaves remind of the agriculture practised in this young town in a green environment.
