Samtgemeinde* Gellersen (Lüneburg county; Lower Saxony), consisting
of these municipalities: Kirchgellersen, Reppenstedt, Suedergellersen,
Westergellersen.
Description of flag:
The ratio of the banner is 5:2. I is a vertical blue and white bicolour
with the coat of arms shifted to the top.
Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided pr pale. On the dexter side is a golden(=yellow)
branch of an oak tree with six leaves. On the sinsiter side is a black
fimbriated Latin cross in a silver(=white) field, similar to those ones,
used by the Teutonic order.
