Veliš municipality flag

Here is the flag of the municipality of Veliš in Hradek Kralové region (okres Jičín) in Czechia. It was adopted 5 October 2004 and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: horizontal blue over black, divided by a white chevron; on blue a white castle; on black two crossed swords under a crown, all yellow.

The municipal site shows a different flag: three horizontal stripes, blue - white - black, proportioned 4:1:4; on blue a yellow crown, on black two crossed yellow swords.
It also shows the CoA: azure a castle argent with roofs gules; in base noir two swords in saltire under a crown, all or.
