1:2:2:1; in bottomcenter a white triangle spanning from yellow to yellow,
and 1/3 flagheight; on red a yellow flower; at separation of red and green
a yellow 6-pointed star; on green a yellow fleur-de-lis; on white a brown
bullrush with green leaves.
