Here is the flag of the municipality of Bašnice in Hradek Kralové region
(okres Jičín) in Czechia. It was adopted 31 May 2005 and published in Petr
Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2005.
Flagdescription: three horizontal stripes of blue and yellow, proportioned
11:1:6; in bottomstripe a yellow bar of 1/3 flaglength 5x embattled; in
top a yellow bell between two white fleurs-de-lis.
