Info from this
webpage: "In the late Middle Ages a village was founded - most probably
by colonists from Balkan - in the valley of the River Berounka. Today it
is one of the busiest tourist junctions of the Bohemian Karst area. Thanks
to its location on the Prague-Beroun railway line and its magnificent scenery,
Srbsko is the starting point of trips to Karlštejn, Svatý
Jan pod Skalou, the Bubovické Waterfalls and the Koněprusy
Caves. The local rocks and caves provide superb conditions for rock climbing
enthusiasts and speleologists. Visitors to the village discover two small
chapels, one of which serves as a miniature gallery for the pupils of the
local school. The rebuilt House of Culture is used as a venue for sports
and social events."
