The Seatac flag is a white field, with a yellow rope-edged horizontal blue oval with a darker blue oval in the center, which in turn bears an emblem (an airplane taking off before a mountain?) In the outer blue oval is written CITY OF SEATAC.
"Seatac" (it seems to be one word on the image) was (is) the name of the
Seattle-Tacoma airport, but the flag certainly says "City of" on it!

The city is located about halfway between Seattle and Tacoma and is next to
(or surrounding) Sea-Tac Airport (I think the airport was first). Mail is
delivered to "Seattle, WA". At
http://www.ci.seatac.wa.us/ they spell the name with an internal capital.
