Description of the flag

A quartered flag with in the upper hoist a large white house, in the upper fly a bell, in the lower fly a red schoolhouse, in the lower fly an antique fire pumper. In the center of the flag is the town seal showing a large building and an outer ring with the town name and date of incorporation. Groveland is in Essex County.
