The Aventura city flag is the city logo on a white background with two narrow blue stripes near the top and bottom.

"The City of Excellence" is indeed on the flag, though in a Times-type font, not the more cursive one in the graphic Dov posted. The flag is indeed an "Israeli-striped" design, though the stripes are thinner. The top arc of the seal and the bottom arc of the slogan beneath the seal extend to the far edges of the blue stripes.
