Description of the flag

The Town of Dauphin Island in Alabama, USA, has a flag. It is white with the town coat of arms in the center and the words "DAUPHIN ALABAMA ISLAND". Its proportions looks to me like 2:3, but might be 1:1. The photo of it is here: http://www.dauphinislandtimes.com/node/367. The Town was incorporated in 1988. It is estimated that 1300 permanent residents call Dauphin Island home.
