"Rectangular panel with ratio 2:3. In the red field is
direct cross from yellow mace and sable edges to staff; from
staff goes vertical yellow strip with black trypillya ornamental.
The width of cross is equal to 2/3, staff strip is equal to 1/6
of flag length."
