From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed by village council at July, 31 1997. A square yellow panel; on distance in 1/6 width of a flag from the top and bottom edges there are two dark blue strips (width in 1/4 width of a flag everyone) on which are represented on the white ermine inverted to a staff. The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi and A.Grechylo.

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed by village council at July, 31, 1997. In an azure field are two argent ermines, one above the second. The authors are A.Grechylo, Yu.Terlets'kyi.
The arms displays a local nature, a historical sort of occupation of city dwellers (a hunt and fur crafts), its arrangement (in the arms and strips on a flag specify dark blue color, that the city was washed from different directions by water, and yellow strips mean bridges and dams).

The Village

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"The first mentions about "city of Vysochko" were dated at 1005. Prince Jury Gol'shans'ky builds here the castle at 1537. In second half of XVI century city and the castle pass to princes Solomerets'ky, from middle of XVII century it belongs to Kashocs'ky, Gedroicy, and from 1664 - the hetman of Right-bank Ukraine Pavlo Teterya. Vysoc'k in XVIII century up to 1773 belonged to Jesuits."
