Coat of Arms

"Shield per fess by argent abaised wavy barrulet on or and gules. In the first field are four houses and groups of vert trees. The arms is edged by decorative cartouche and decorated by a rural crown.
Houses remind of first four immigrant families, and personify four villages which are now on the village council territory. Trees are symbol of groves which surround village. The argent barrulet is a symbol of the Kupjanka river."

"The village was found by cossack Fedir Smorods'kyi in 1712 and named in his honour. It began from four houses."
