"It was confirmed at 2002. In an azure field is or park gate and a vert base, in the gate is an argent key the head up, bit to the right. The author is V.E.Kryvenko. The gate based in the first half of XIX century by earl M.D.Tolstoi (1804-1891). It is symbol of Onufriivs'kyi - an oustanding monument of landscape gardening of the state value. In the composition is element of the earl's arms - the key. It symbolizes wisdom, knowledge, freedom of a choice of actions. The key appears in heraldry as an emblem of free cities, that is self-management. The head of a key made out as symbol of the Sacred Trinity."
