"On the red (should be yellow, DG) rectangular panel with a ratio of the sides as 2:3 is blue wavy strip, above it is red formy cross, below is red sabre edge to the left."

"Or; five azure accoly wavy barrulets, accompanied in chief by gules formy cross, in base by gules sabre in fess. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is E.Chernets'kyi.
Emblem means old name (Rutek Gornyi) and arrangement on historical river Protoka. Cossack past symbolize gules cross and sabre.
