"The rectangular panel with a parity of the parties 2:3 is
divided into four equal parts. In top staff on a white field are
nine green triangles - three in three rows; the top free part is
dark blue, bottom staff is yellow, in bottom free are five dark
blue engrailed strips."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in September, 12th, 2003 by the decision
of XVI city council session of XXIV convocation. Azure; double
argent sail above gules abaised dancetty barrulet, in the chief
is the stylized symbol Trypillya culture - an or wheel with
twelve spokes on a background of the gules sun with twenty beams.
The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban
crown with three prongs. The author is S.Nesterov.
Azure symbolizes the sky and water of Dnipro, Stugna and Kozynka
rivers on which Ukrainka is located. The main element of the arms
is the sail which symbolizes an orientation of city on
development, aspiration to the best future. An or wheel on gules
sun is ancient symbol of Trypillya culture. The gules lightning
is a symbol of power, symbol of Trypillya power station which is
a basis of city.
