According to Globalflag,
Edward-Lee.com and
Wikipedia,
light blue and white stripped flag (16 stripes) with emblem in the center. This emblem, quite different from
the colorful logo at
Wikipedia images, shows a stylized
"北" (běi) from the city name, red on a white five-petal flower
(an azalea?) white outline with red orle. Ratio: 2:3.

A white flag with the municipal logo has been reported at
globalflag.idv.tw.

At globalflag.idv.tw (scroll down), a variant of
this, with the logo offset to the edge of the flag (partly falling outside
the flag area, in a trendy fashion…) and the "I" of "Taipei" replaced by a
smaller duplication of the green part of the logo.
