Hladovka municipality flag

Hladovka is a village and municipality in Tvrdošín District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.
Flag of municipality of Hladovka contains five horizontal stripes: blue (2/9) (of height), white (1/9), yellow (3/9), white (1/9) and blue (2/9). Flag ratio is 2:3.
Shape is swallow tailed with tongue being 5/9 of the flag height.
