Here is the flag of Blizanow commune in Kalisz county, Wielkopolskie wojewodship,

website. Flag adopted in 1999; CoA adopted 17 February 1995.
Flagsdescription: two horizontal stripes of blue and yellow, with an
elongated green hoist-triangle; at 1/3 flaglength, i.e. at the triangle's
apex, the commune's arms.
CoA: per pale a) vert a letter "B" argent; b) checquy of gules and
argent, an oxen head brown naissant; in chief over all a crown or.
