Chojnice city flag

Flag adopted in 1995. Chojnice or German: Konitz, is in Chojnice county, north central Poland, c. 70 km north of Bydgoszcz, with (1981) 32.491 inhabitants. Scene of last great victory of Teutonic Knights over Poles 1454. Recovered from Prussia after World War I.

The flag is divided into three equal horizontal strips in the colors black- gold - silver. Flag adopted on 16 Feb 1995. Ratio is 5:8
