Here is the flag of the commune of Kobylin-Borzymy, in Wysokie Mazowieckie
county, Podlaskie vojevodship, as shown at photos at this
site.
Flagdescription: three vertical stripes of red and white, proportioned
1:2:1; in center the communal arms.
Ceremonial flag: idem with in top "GMINA" and in bottom "KOBULIN-BORZYMY"
(I assume just made for the occasion)
CoA: gules a cornear or and an 'F' cross argent.
