Wyszków city and commune flag

Here is the flag of Wyszków city and commune, in Wyszków county, Mazowieckie vojvodship, as presented at the city's website.

Flagdescription: three equally wide stripes of white and red.
CoA: argent a fess gules.

Intriguingly, the flag as shown at Wikipedia has a considerably darker red stripe than the CoA, though as usual, that should possibly be taken with a pinch of salt. Though red and white are common colours on Polish flags (and eastern European flags in general) I can't help noting the similarity with the proposed flag of Belarus.

Coat-of-Arms of the city of Wyszków is based on the one of the Plock Bisphoric, which granted it the municipal rights in 1502, thus predating the second Belorussian national flag by over 400 years (first one was plain white).
The red bands of the Arms and the flag should be of the same, uniform color, matching the red of the Polish national flag.
