Szyd這wiec County (Polish: powiat szyd這wiecki) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Masovian Voivodeship, east-central Poland. It was created on 1 January 1999 as a result of the Local Government Reorganization Act of 1998. Its administrative seat is Szyd這wiec.
The county is subdivided into five communes (Polish: gminas), one urban-rural and four rural communes.

-Chlewiska rural commune
-Oro雟ko rural commune
-Jastrz帳 rural commune
-Mir闚 rural commune

The Polish Heraldic Commission vetoed the proposals for the county's symbols. On 11 April 2008 the Szyd這wiec County Council passed a new act about symbols of the Szyd這wiec County. The law accepted the recommendations of the Heraldic Commission.

Here are the county symbols of  Szyd這wiec County in the voivodship of Mazowieckie. At the beginning of of 2007 adopted the county its new symbols.
There is a controversy with the Heraldic commission. The point of the criticism is the shape of the eagle. Will it give blad a change of the symbols?
