Maków county

Maków County (Polish: powiat makowski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Masovian Voivodeship, east-central Poland. It was created on 1 January 1999 as a result of the Local Government Reorganization Act of 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Maków Mazowiecki.

The county is subdivided into 10 communes (Polish: gminas) , one urban, one urban-rural and eight rural commune.
