Koluszki commune flag
Here is my latest "discovery" - Flag of the Koluszki Commune (urban-rural)
in Lódz-Wschod County (East Lódz) and in Lódz Voivodship.
The flag has an unusual ratio (not given) and is described by the Statut
(2003) as:
"At the top and bottom 1/4 bands of light blue color.
On the middle, red band, the arms of the commune are placed.
The arms contain a symbols of the railways (wings), agriculture (wheat
stalk) and education (feather-pen)."
Koluszki city is a major railroad junction and (trivia) is a site of
the postal facility for the undeliverable mail.
