Damen Marine Services is presented in “Duwvaart” by Jansen & Van Heck as part of Scheepswerf (shipyard) Damen at Gorinchem and specialized in chartering ships. The house flag presented on p. 29 of this book is shown in b/w, being described as yellow with the Damen emblem in black.
Jansen & Van Heck show the firm's emblem stretched into a rectangular shape.

Quote from the DMS-site (English version, ‘Profile’):
“Damen Marine Services B.V. is a company within the Damen Shipyards Group and has its office in Hardinxveld-Giessendam in the Netherlands.
Chartering workboats is a Damen activity, which dates back to the early 1960's and consequently formed the Marine Service Division in 1974.
(…) providing assistance to dredging, civil engineering and offshore sites is considered to be a Damen Marine Services B.V. speciality “ plus various other activities of course.

Damen new flag

At this webpage is a weblog of a passenger ferry of the TESO (Texel, Noord-Holland), about its trip all the way to Constanta (Romania). It flies the Dutch flag, the flag of the Schelde warf, and the new flag of Damen: blue, with "DAMEN" in white. On land it dispays the flag of Texel as well.
