The flag of Schinnen was adopted 30 May 1991. It consists of six equally
wide horizontal stripes of yellow and blue, with a square red canton of
1/2 flagheight, charged with a white double snakeheadcross of 2/5 flagheight.

Granted 12 Aug 1982. The saint left in blue is St. Lambert; the lady
in red is St Gertude. Left bottom is the double snakeheadscross, while
the right bottom part contains a yellow-blue chequered field with in the
canton a black falcon.
