"RATIONALE OF OUR FLAG
Maroon: Symbolises the high spirit, assertiveness, strength and competitiveness
in carrying out audit entrusted.
White: Symbolises the image and identity of every personnel as prescribed in
Auditors Code of Ethics
Three Horizontal Stripes: The three horizontal stripes symbolises the three
types of auditing, Audit of Financial Statement, Audit of Financial Management
and Performance Auditing done by the National Audit Department
National Audit Department Logo symbolises the Department’s independence,
fairness and justice. It also symbolises the department's prime role in
realising a national aspiration."
