Sanidad o cuarentena

On June 15, 1897 was promulgated a General Ordinance for the Army and Navy of the Republic of Mexico. It its articl According the 1912 Ordinance, the quarantine (Sanidad) flag was a plain yellow square.

The Manual del Marinero Oficinista de I. N., edited by the Secretariat of Navy in 1957, illustrates a quarantine ("Sanidad-Cuarentena") flag proportioned 4:7.
