Túxpam de Rodríguez Cano, its full name, is a city and port in the East of Mexico (Veracruz). It is located jointly the flow of the same-named river. Its main industry is the extraction and refination of oil.

Túxpam, Veracruz-Llave, was part of the Departamento del Golfo. Its registration flag used during 1923 was blue with a red cross. It looks like that of England, and the registration flag of Veracruz used in the between 1858 and 1888.

Lobos, Veracruz-Llave, was part of the Departamento del Golfo. It had a registration flag about 1923 consisting on a fiel divided in two horizontal parts, red to the hoist and white to the fly, and a white square in the canton.
