An oval shield crested with the same motive as the
national emblem
(but not in the same specific arrangement), and set on a compartment
of rock where can be seen some reptile green body (the posterior of the
snake in the crest? doubtfully...). The shiled itself has a border of
bright reddish purple (the east german malinorot) semee of flowers (?)
with withe center and red petals and charged from upper dexter to lower
sinister (as if in querters I and IV) of black stylized human footprints
(!), the first and the last protuding outside the shield... White sans
serif uppercase lettering "SINALOA" in the top and "1831" in the bottom.
The field is qurtered, being the background colors of each quarter purple,
red, dark yellow and blue. In the charges one can tell a deer head, smoking
white clouds (IV), two anchors (III and IV), large chain links (III),
flames (III), a castle (II) and a setting golden crescent (II)...
