Samnitic shield, divided per pale and the II per fess: azure semee of stars argent, a sun or, half setting (but disc is 100% visible) and with human features, under a cruxifix proper, in chief dexter and sinister, two larger six (?) pointed stars argent; a horseman with coat and flag gules, riding a horse argent on a mound vert against a sky azure semee of stars argent; a tree and some grass proper also against a sky azure semee of stars argent. Partitions and edgewith golden frames, shield on a golden cartouche, all over two crossed mexican flags (no emblem); crest the national emblem (current form, but no wreath); compartment a trophy of cannons and swords; wreath of nopal, like in the national emblem.
