Prime Minister's flag - Image by Željko Heimer, 30 September 2002
According to Smith (1982) [smi82], the Prime Minister uses a flag in approximative ratio 3:5, quarterly divided green-blue-red-green, with a white star in the first quarter. This flag is mentioned by Znamierowki (1999) [zna99], described by Crampton (1990) [cra90f], but not shown in Album des Pavillons (2000, op. cit.).
