Municipal flag of Dolneni

The municipal flag of Dolneni, as shown on the Macedonian Ministry of Local Self-Government website (page no longer online), is in proportion 1:2, horizontally divided blue-white with the municipal emblem in the middle.
The leaves in the base of the emblem are tobacco leaves, tobacco being one of the main crops in Macedonia.
The website of a local development project sponsored by UNDP shows a detailed image of the coat of arms of Dolneni.
