[Arms of Budva]

Coat of arms of Budva - Image communicated by Bojan Šurbatović, from the Budva municipal administration, 6 June 2004

The municipal arms of Budva were designed by the Serbian Heraldry Society "White Eagle" and adopted in the late 1990s.
These arms look very much like the coat of arms of Celje, in Slovenia (which were used in the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia), but I do not think that there is any connection with them.
