An internet representation of the flag, in my opinion. I'm dubious about the background color shown.
From the Nonsan website:
researched by Phil Nelson, 13 October 2005Symbol of the City Flag
The city flag symbolizes the image of enterprise, future-orientation, and a developing Nonsan City, with a sound administration.
It combines the Korean alphabet characters from the first letters of Non and San in Korean into a lozenge-shaped figure that imitates the topography of Nonsan City. The upper part of the lozenge symbolizes the graceful mountains around Nonsan, the bottom part of the lozenge symbolizes the rich fields and the curve is to symbolize the progressive future and development of Nonsan City.
