At a private website on the Republic of Korea, flags and symbols is a map of both Koreas showing the current subdivisions of South Korea and the pre-war subdivisions of North Korea (or so it seems), plus flags to go with them:

Pyeonganbuk (P'yônganbuk): Dark blue with tiger, wreath and lettering.

Pyeongannam (P'yôngannam): Reddish brown with green triangle on white/golden cogwheel and lettering.

Hamgyeongbuk (Hamgyôngbuk): Reddish brown with mountain lake, wreath and lettering.

Hamgyeongnam (Hamgyôngnam): Purple with white stylized chrysantemum and lettering.

Hwanghae : Yellow over blue horizontally, with golden stylized chrysantemum and lettering.
