Regional Council Hevel Eilot (Eilot Region, biblical reference
to Kings A 9, 26) is the southmost Regional Council in Israel,
situated in the South Arava Valley, just north of Elat. Est. 1964 with 2,800 inh. in 11
settlements.
White with blue emblem are the desk flag colours. There could be
changes when dealing with hoisted flags. The municipal emblem was
published in the official gazette (Rashumot),
'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut ha'Pirsumim), YP
1171, 1 April 1965.

In my visit, I found out that the flag is green emblem on
yellow.

The Regional Council govern 11 settlements (Yahel, Lotan,
Ketora, Grofit, Yotveta, Samar, Elipaz, Eilot, Ne'ot Semadar
Ma'ale Shakharot and Neve Harif) with another one in planing
(Be'er Ora).
