Surfing through the website
of the Histadrut, I found an
old poster issued for the assembly of the 22nd Zionist congress,
as the inscription on the flag says. This Congress was held in
Basel (Switzerland) between 9-24 December 1946. I do not know if
such flag existed in reality or just on the poster.
