20§ The flag of Zugló is a white field with red and green wolf-teeth on the center of the white field there is a CoA. There is a horizontal and vertical flag. The high of the CoA is 80% of the flag.

Zugló is a district (the 14th) of Budapest Capital in Hungary The district has got 134.071 inhabitants (1990 census), nearly all of Hungarians. Eleven of the Official Ethnic Minorities of Hungary has got ethnic council in the district: Bulgarian, Gipsy, Greek, Croatian, Polish, German, Armenian, Rumanian, Ruthenian, Serb and Slovakian.. Neighbouring settlements are: Budapest XV. - Rákospalota-Pestújhely, Budapest IV. - Újpest, Budapest XIII., Budapest VI. - Terézváros, Budapest VII. - Erzsébetváros, Budapest VIII. - Józsefváros, Budapest X. - Kőbánya and Budapest XVI. districts. Parts of the districts: Alsórákos, Herminamező, Kiszugló, Istvánmező, Nagyzugló, Törökőr, Rákosfalva and Városliget.
One part of the famous "Rákosmező" (Rákos Field) is in Zugló. Many important events of the Hungarian history have taken place here, e.g. the first Parliament in 1286 or the János Hunyadi's election into the Hungarian governor rank in 1445. The territory became a part of the City of Pest in 1705, when Pest became free royal city. The territory of Zugló was part of three districts of Budapest 1873-1935. In 1935 it became a new district of the capital as "Rákosváros". From 1950 it is named: Zugló.  There are many museums and the Zoo.
