On 31 May, I was in Szarvas and I have seen this flag flying on the Town's Hall.. IIRC ratio is 2:3. I don't remember the inscription on the flag.

Szarvas:  this flag is canting:  the hungarian for reindeer is "szarvas", and there's... a deer on the flag!  More specifically, due to the length of the antlers, this deer is most probably the "Csodaszarvas", the "miracle stag", which, according to Magyar legend, was chased by Hunor and Magor (or Magyar), from their homes to a water-logged part of Persia, Meotis, where they took away the daughters-in-law of Bela'r for their retainers, and took the daughters of the Alans' prince, Dula, for themselves, and it is from them that the Magyar and Hun peoples originate.
