A presidential flag was adopted under Paul Magloire (1951-56), but later disappeared.
Jaume Ollé, 18 January 1998

From a paper published in Franciae Vexilla (#22/98, June 2001) - The standard of President Magloire (December 1950 - 22 October 1956) have an orange fringe. The standard is similar in design to the putative army rank flags, a red field with two stars standing for Malgoire's rank.
